I hate that I haven't had much to post lately! To be honest, I've been having a bit of a hard time adjusting to our new schedules (mostly because of Travis' new job) and it has left me feeling a little out of whack. But I will post some instagram pictures! I said it before, but I really love instagram. I love seeing pictures of everyone's pets the most. That is probably my favorite part of the internet.

Phyllis and I waiting for Travis to come out of the post office. I think I was trying to look the same way as her, but it didn't really work. 

The big news is we got a Vitamix!! We are both really excited. We had a blender and juicer that Travis used all the time so we decided to upgrade. Thankfully I got a discount at work, and we can pay for it over a few paychecks, but it is totally worth it! We've only had it three days and I've been using it twice a day! I want to make soup in it soon! And ice cream!

We went to a wedding and do you see that yellow cupcake? They were banana pudding! AMAZING. Hopefully we are going to a banana pudding festival in October, and I want to learn to make it! There was also a photo booth at the wedding and that is a wedding trend I can fully get behind! It was so fun and they printed as many stripes as you wanted. The first stripe is Travis with his dad and brother.

I made two pies! I've never tried making pies before, they were ok. Next time I want to make my own dough. One was apple, one was cherry.

We've been going to the movies quite a bit. We saw Beasts of the Southern Wild and I loved it!

But mostly my instagram is these sweet babies. I just love them so much.
Dramatic shot of them at night. This makes me think they are at the site of an spaceship crash landing for some reason. Which is a situation they would be very helpful in I'm sure.  So that is what I've been up to. I'll be back soon to update you on my first month at the antique mall!
